About Us

This is a US-based, American medical simulation company.

I design and manufacture suture pads, vascular trainers, ultrasound phantoms, and advanced procedural training tools for all fields of medicine, from Emergency Medicine, Surgery, ObGyn and more! Our goal is to make the highest-quality products for the lowest cost, allowing for every student to get the hands-on practice they need.

Orders

I do my best to fill orders rapidly, but I also work full time as an Emergency Medicine attending. I build everything, by hand, here in NYC. I take pride in my work, and will never outsource mass production to China if I can help it. I keep a small inventory, so small orders can be filled in a few days. If you need something by a hard deadline please reach out to me so I can try to make it in time or at least let you know I can't make that deadline.

What custom products can you make?

Anything you can imagine. We've made eyeballs, port trainers, and even a bleeding toe. I have a wall of 3D printers, and unlimited imagination.

How do I place a bulk order?

Contact Us. We do accept POs for large orders, and we are able to accept tax exempt orders for qualifying institutions.  For custom orders we often require payment in advance (since we can't sell it to anyone else if you don't want it)

Return policy

Any unused equipment can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. Used equipment can be returned within 14 days if it does not function as advertised. We can easily repair/replace most products.  At the end of the day I want you to be happy, I made this company to try and improve education for the masses -- in a world of overpriced sim gear!

Warranty

No suture pad or phantom lasts forever, if you find someone who makes one please let me know! However, things should work for a fair amount of use without failing miserably -- most items should last a year with rare use (they don't have a shelf life) -- but with inexperienced hands suture pads can be destroyed in a day (even the most durable ones).  I stand by my products, because I designed and build them myself (by hand!) so if there's an issue I want to know. Any item that doesn't serve it's purpose -- I'm happy to repair, replace or refund.
