Practice adult pericardiocentesis drainage. Open top version is easy to fill and drain. You can add different color fluid to various chambers, and the instructor can move the walls of the heart to simulate tamponade.
We can modify it to be completely sealed, open on top (my preference), or with a "cap" that comes on or off
